Simply open the app and point your camera at the contents of any box. Our AI automatically identifies and lists all visible items. You can then edit, add, or remove items as needed. The whole process takes just seconds, and you don't need to type anything manually.

Yes! Once you've scanned and saved your boxes, all your inventory data is stored locally on your device. You can search, browse, and view your items without any internet connection—perfect for basements, storage units, or areas with poor signal. AI scanning does require an internet connection, but everything else works without it.

After creating a box, tap the QR code icon to generate a printable label. You can print directly to any wireless printer, or save as PDF to print later. We recommend using standard address labels (like Avery 5160) for best results. Each QR code is unique to that box and links directly to its contents when scanned.

Absolutely. Your inventory data is stored securely using Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. The AI processing happens through secure API calls, and images are not stored on our servers—they're processed and immediately discarded. You can also export or delete all your data at any time.

Family sharing is on our roadmap! Currently, each account is individual. However, you can log into the same account on multiple devices to share access. We're working on proper family sharing with individual logins and permission controls—stay tuned for updates.

Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. You'll still have access to all your existing boxes and items—you just won't be able to add more beyond the Free tier limits. You can always upgrade again later without losing anything.
